	Since powder metal forming has many variables, our Quality Control Department, utilizing state-of-the-art testing equipment in each stage of production, continuously monitors each stage of production... from the powder metal blending to the finished product. In-process inspections follow a comprehensive, written Quality Assurance Plan that guarantees the correct material composition, density and sintering so you can be assured that you are receiving a product of the highest quality.

Our product launch process utilizes the best concepts of stage gate methodology and advanced product quality planning to form a solid foundation for initiating product correctly the first time. Our precise process control system allows us to make every part in a controlled, repeatable manner and our product traceability systems enable us to examine the process at many levels to isolate variation at each process step.
			Self-Assessment In addition to our ISO-9000 certification, Symmco applies very rigorous internal assessment processes to achieve continuous improvements in all areas. After establishing capability, we review for potential efficiency gains. Each key process is examined by trained auditors to isolate any process deficiencies and make improvements.
